Position Information

We are looking for a .NET Software Developer to participate in all phases of product development and implementation, bridging from Stone Bond developers to the customers’ development teams, who are users of our next generation, award-winning, Enterprise Enabler^® integration development platform.

The successful candidate should have knowledge and experience in .NET, along with a wide range of solid programming experience in multiple technical and business environments.  The candidate will work with the product development team as well as customers; where they will participate in applying Enterprise Enabler to customers’ situations, training and mentoring customer programmers, and participating in product development activities and decisions. Strong performance in this role will position candidate for career growth and additional responsibility quickly in this fast-growing company.

Position Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in full-cycle software development projects

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field. Graduate degree a plus

• Fluent in .NET(VB/C#)

• Able to identify and synthesize real-world requirements into effective solutionss

• Strong familiarity with XML

• Experience with SQL Sever 2000/2005 and Relational Database design

• Self-starter able to multi-task

• Experience leading a highly technical team

• Good communication skills

• Experience dealing with customers and prospects directly

• Strong work ethic
