Challenge: Fisher Controls International, a division of Emerson Process Management, needed an integration suite to help them meet PIDX standards for communicating electronically with one of their major clients, a multinational, integrated oil company.

Stone Bond’s Solution: EE-B2B eCommerce integration suite to facilitate invoice transmission. EE-B2B is an affordable, information flow management exchange solution enabling trading partners to control the translation of all types of eCommerce documents (e.g. EDI, CSV, etc.) and data directly from a backend system, into the Petroleum Industry Data Exchange (PIDX) compliant XML format and ensures information is securely transmitted over the Internet.

Benefits: Behind Fisher’s firewall, EE-B2B will monitor for new invoices and immediately convert them to PIDX-compliant XML, handling attachments, receipts and acknowledgements while delivering invoice data direct to Fisher’s customer. Automation reduces the susceptibility to errors, resulting in a higher percentage of validated and accepted invoices, and ultimately increased cash flow.
