STONE BOND TECHNOLOGIES LAUNCHES ENTERPRISE ENABLER^® INSTRUMENT INTERFACE SUITE FOR LIFE SCIENCES

Houston, TX, - May 10, 2006 - Stone Bond Technologies has launched its new Affymetrix GeneChip-Compatible^® Instrument Interface, powered by Enterprise Enabler^®. This is the latest instrument interface in Stone Bond's Instrument Interface Suite, designed to integrate seamlessly with the Affymetrix GeneChip microarray platform for genetic expression and genetic variation analysis in biomedical research and clinical settings.

With Stone Bond’s Affymetrix Instrument Interface, laboratories can automate sample registration, track sample processing and reagent inventory as well as manage resultant data outflow from any Affymetrix GeneChip processing systems.

The EE-Instrument Interface Suite has built-in, easy-to-use wizards capable of registering sample data automatically from spreadsheets and CSV files, converting and moving data into the Affymetrix GCOS. By automating sample requests, EE-Instrument Interface Suite eliminates the need for up-front manual data entry, saving considerable time and reducing data errors. Project data, experiment data and sample files can be moved off the Affymetrix server to a client designated location for further data analysis and file management, thereby keeping the Affymetrix server operating at peak efficiency.
