EE-B2B: Buy-side

Programs like Supplier-Owned and Management Inventory (SOMI) or Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) have been proven to reduce cost and free working capital. However, a barrier to comprehensive integration with the supplier community has been the expense of integration with legacy systems. EE-B2B makes integration with even those suppliers having legacy order management systems practical. The sourcing, or procurement function, can enjoy real-time visibility of raw materials and MRO items, while suppliers can more effectively manage onsite inventory positions.
